Lac Le Jeune Resort

Very nice resort by the Lac Le Jeune. Very romantic location, old school in the best way possible. Remote, quiet, you just want to enjoy nature and peacefulness. We arrived very late and were received by a warm lady at the reception who explained everything. It was our first night on a 3 week stay in Canada and we definitely recommend it. Very comfortable rooms, showers, and breakfast options with a beautiful view on the lake. Thanks to all of the people working there !

Fantastic time staying in the cabin. Very clean and cozy and the most comfortable bed you will ever sleep on. The perfect place to unplug-and-get away. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. Great food at the restaurant. Best burger ever and truffle fries! The chef even came by to say hi to us. The exterior of the cabins does need some upgrading but the inside is wonderful and had everything we needed. Tranquil. Beautiful. Great location on the lake. The free kayak rental was a nice touch as well as the luxurious white housecoats! Thank you.

After my son and daughter in laws wedding this weekend at the resort I have to share... The friendliest, helpful staff and owners helped make this an amazing experience. The beds are like sleeping on a cloud, the food delicious and resort is beautiful. Thank you

I had a recent visit to the little gem for a three night stay this winter. Beds were comfy, food was delish (prepared by chef Cameron for happy hour and dinner, not sure who the breakfast chef was but also spot on), patrons were very friendly and accommodating. No tv and wifi which I quite enjoyed unplugging for a bit. Still some reception if needed. Ice skating outside your door. Community fire pit. Hiking trails and locals are very friendly. Definitely going back for return visits. Thanks again guys. Happy New Year!

A quiet, rustic resort perfect for a summer getaway. No TVs or internet, so prepare kids ahead of time. Great for fishing, swimming, and hiking nearby trails like Gus Johnson. Winter brings ice fishing and cross-country skiing (5 minutes away). The village is small and generally safe, though occasionally sketchy visitors wander through. Food is pricey and hit-or-miss—try the mac and cheese! Old but cozy furniture, beautiful balcony views, and a short walk to the beach, trails, and campground with a playground and nature programs. Owners aren't the best, too

My wife & I took a spontaneous trip to get out of dodge for a few days on her birthday. We rented cabin #5 and it was very clean and very cozy, and the bed was very soft and comfy. If you like that rustic feeling this is the perfect place. We had such a great time. The owner and supporting cast were all super friendly, personable and excellent hosts. The owner and staff even wished my wife a Happy Birthday on her special day remembering the note we left on the reservation. They were all very kind and helped us out with all our needs. We even rented a fishing boat and caught a nice trout which was a bonus. We’d packed most of our food to cook for 2 nights, but we were blown away with the quality of food they served in the restaurant. I have to say this was the best burger I’ve ever had in my life. My wife had a Mac N’ Cheese with a creamy white wine sauce and it was spectacular, the best we’ve ever tasted. The chef came out to chat to ask about dinner, very classy. We’ll be making this an annual visit.

Just got back from an incredible Diwali celebration for the weekend, with Vikram Vij a guest chef. Within minutes of getting to the lodge, I felt myself relax. The setting is so serene and the fact that there are no TVs and limited internet really forces one to slow down and enjoy. The rooms were very well appointed and the food was absolutely incredible. The owners make it as if you are guests in their home, attentively watching for any needs and looking after them. Can’t wait to go back.

My niece got married here a couple weeks ago, it was the best wedding venue! The cabin was so cute and the beds so comfortable right on the lake. Some guests stayed in the hotel which has a restaurant that makes you feel like you are on a boat as there is lake views on both sides! The food was incredible and the service was over the top! I can’t say enough great things about this venue! We are thinking of visiting every year and maybe have a family reunion there . They have a fire pit for nighttime and everyone can mingle and roast marshmallows, they also have a campground! Thanks for the most memorable wedding I have ever been to.
